You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and participate on the aktoto platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be in violation will be permanently closed.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are processed instantly via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets. Withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours during banking hours.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, account collusion, or the use of prohibited software to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the aktoto platform. This age threshold applies to all Users regardless of their city or province of residence within Indonesia. aktoto strictly prohibits access by minors and will permanently close any account found to have been opened by a person under 21.
2.2 Residency. The aktoto platform is designed for adult players in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the aktoto platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances derived from bonus credits.
2.4 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and that you are not acting under duress or on behalf of any third party.
21+ Restriction: Gambling is for adults only. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to register or use the aktoto platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent access by minors.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of aktoto services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are obligated to keep your registration information up to date at all times. aktoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the registered information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent. Any discrepancy between account registration details and KYC documents will trigger a mandatory review period during which withdrawals may be placed on hold.
3.3 Account Credentials. Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of these credentials. aktoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details. You must notify aktoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Right to Refuse Registration. aktoto reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.
aktoto accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. aktoto does not impose additional fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) on business days are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Currency Note: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). aktoto does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required at the point of deposit is the sole responsibility of the User's payment provider.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by aktoto are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of that period.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. aktoto reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where this restriction is found to have been circumvented.
5.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. Users who exploit bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or any other technique designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk will have their bonuses cancelled and any winnings derived from those bonuses will be voided. aktoto's determination in such matters is final.
5.5 Withdrawal of Real-Money Funds. Where an account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds will be used first for any wagering activity unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the aktoto platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every game round is determined solely by these certified systems.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet or wager is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet will be considered void and any staked amount will be returned to your balance.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules. All sports wagers — including markets on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and other competitions featuring Timnas Indonesia — are settled in accordance with aktoto's Sports Betting Rules, available on the platform. Bandar bola (sports-pool betting) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets are subject to their own specific settlement terms as published.
6.4 Disconnections. aktoto is not liable for disconnections caused by the User's internet service provider or device. Where a disconnection occurs during live gameplay, the outcome of any in-progress round will be settled according to the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
6.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that materially affects the integrity of a game round, aktoto reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return the staked amounts to the relevant accounts.
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: aktoto maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and money laundering. All transactions are monitored by our compliance team. Accounts involved in suspicious activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities.
8.1 Verification Requirement. In order to comply with our international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform, aktoto requires all Users to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the aktoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of aktoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the aktoto platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of aktoto.
10.3 User Content. By submitting any content to aktoto (including support messages, testimonials, or feedback), you grant aktoto a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform.
11.1 Platform Availability. aktoto provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every commercially reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aktoto's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your aktoto account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Excluded Losses. aktoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if aktoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Force Majeure. aktoto shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
Your use of the aktoto platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how aktoto collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.
13.1 Right to Amend. aktoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be made in response to new legal requirements, product updates, or operational changes.
13.2 Notification. Where a change is material, aktoto will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. We may also notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification at our discretion.
13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the aktoto platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which aktoto is licensed. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Indonesia.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aktoto platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through aktoto's internal customer resolution process. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
14.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
